Continental Tower offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom luxury apartments in Downtown Columbus, OH, with layouts designed to maximize natural light and skyline views. You can schedule an in-person tour of Continental Tower by using the Schedule a Tour feature on our website, submitting a request through the Contact Us page, or calling our leasing office directly. Our team is happy to walk you through the community and available residences.
After selecting your preferred apartment, you can apply online by choosing your unit and clicking the “Apply Now” option. The process includes submitting an application fee, holding deposit, and required documentation. Applications are evaluated based on income, credit, rental history, and background screening. If an applicant does not meet qualifications, the holding fee will be refunded.
Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days once all required documentation has been submitted.
Continental Tower offers lease options ranging from 6 to 18 months, subject to availability. Please contact our leasing team for current lease term offerings.
Yes. Prospective residents can join our waitlist by submitting an application along with a $50 application fee and $100 reservation deposit. Our team will notify you when a matching apartment becomes available.

Pricing & Fees
Monthly rent at Continental Tower varies depending on floor plan, location within the building, and views. For current pricing, please visit the Floor Plans page or contact the leasing office.
Utilities are not included in monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, water/sewer/trash, and optional services such as cable, phone, and internet.
Security deposits vary based on screening results and typically range from $300 to one month’s rent. Please contact the leasing office for details specific to your application.
A $50 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant. A $150 holding deposit will also be collected and applied toward your security deposit upon approval. If an application is denied, the holding deposit will be refunded.
Yes, all residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $100,000. Please contact our leasing office for more details.
Pet Policies
Yes! Continental Tower is a pet-friendly high-rise apartment community in Downtown Columbus, welcoming both cats and dogs.
Up to 2 pets are allowed per apartment. A $300 non-refundable pet fee and $35 monthly pet rent per pet apply. Please contact our leasing office for complete pet policy details.
Breed restrictions apply, along with a 100 lb combined weight limit. Please contact our leasing team for the most current guidelines.

Each apartment home includes stainless-steel Samsung appliances such as a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. Homes also feature quartz countertops, a garbage disposal, and a full-size front-loading Samsung washer and dryer.

Yes. Residents enjoy access to a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, a spin studio, and the highest rooftop pool in the entire state of Ohio located on the 28th floor with expansive skyline views.

Policies & Procedures
Residents can pay rent through the online resident portal using ACH or major credit cards for secure and convenient payments.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the online portal. Emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day.
If you need to break your lease early, applicable termination fees may apply. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact the leasing office for details.
Subletting is not permitted.
Guests are welcome; however, extended stays may require approval. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact the office for clarification.
